EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

If you checked out with a phone number only, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

Returning items: Once you've notified us, items must be sent back within 14 days.

Refunds: We'll refund the item price plus standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, digital downloads, or personalised items.
